Hello,
Here is another card using the Moving Forward stamp set. This is my current FAVORITE set. I love the design and that it supports a good cause. As I mentioned yesterday, this is the Ronald McDonald stamp set for the year. Stampin' Up! donate $3 to the Ronald McDonald McDonald House for each stamp set purchased.
For the "clouds", I cased this idea, but can't remember from who. To make the clouds I used a circle punch and punched a few circles in a T shape. I'll try to follow up with instructions on a later post if I have anyone that is interested.
Here is the recipe:
Stamps: Moving Forward, Itty Bitty Banners
Ink: Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder, Island Indigo
Paper: Pool Party, Wisteria Wonder, Island Indigo, Whisper White
Accessories: Chevron Embossing folder, 1 3/8 circle punch, mini silver brads
Happy Stampin'

Gift Card Holder
Hello!
Some people think gift cards are great, others think it is a lazy way to give a gift. Personally, I LOVE to give and receive all gift cards! But for those that think I didn't put much thought into it, I like to make a pretty holder to put it in. That way, at least the card was thoughtful, right?!
Here is a gift card holder we made at my August events. It is a little smaller than a regular card size (3 3/4 x 5 1/4). I like this smaller size better for this. It's easy to make, too. You simple make a card and cut out a fun shape to use as the flap. I used Stampin' Up!s Label framelits. I also dressed it up with lots of embossing. I think the ruffled flower also adds a little extra texture to it. Ruffled flower instructions coming soom.
Here is the recipe:
Stamps: Delightful Dozen
Ink: Pool Party, Early Expresso, Lucky Limeade
Paper: Twitterpated DSP, Pool Party, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Framelits-Labels, 2011-2012 In Color Brad, 1 ¼ scallop circle punch, chevron embossing folder, perfect polka dots embossing folder
Have a great day!

Dahlia Earrings
Hello!
One of the fun ideas I learned at Convention was using the cute little Dahlias to make EARRINGS! I thought...how clever! I put it on my mental project list and kind of forgot about it....UNTIL, my neice came over and had on homemade earrings that were very cute. I remembered the Dahlia earrings and went to the local craft store to get some earring backs and metal glue. The earring backs were only $1.11 for 12! So this is going to be one of my club projects for tomorrow. (see club note below)...
So all I did was put a dab of glue on the earring back, put on the Dahlia and let it dry!! It was so easy. Of course, I had to make a cute box to put them in using the Big Shot and Matchbox die. I also made a "scrunched" flower to add on top. More details on the flower on a different post....
Have a great night!
